Installation & QA

One team owns your envelope from delivery to sign-off—no finger-pointing, no coordination gaps.

Certified installers

Every crew is trained and certified through our in-house program—one of only two Passive House training facilities in Canada. Your panels get installed right the first time, with no learning curve on your site.

Envelope in Days

Go from open foundation to weather-tight envelope in days, not weeks. Faster close-in means fewer weather delays, earlier mechanical rough-in, and a compressed schedule that saves you money.

Factory-installed openings

Window and door openings arrive pre-cut and framed to spec. No field measuring, no cutting on-site, no fit issues. Your trades show up and the openings are ready to go.

Rigorous QA

Every panel is inspected and documented before it leaves the shop. On-site, our crews follow detailed check sheets at each stage. You get verified quality with a paper trail to prove it.

Full Site Logistics

We handle staging, sequencing, and crane coordination—not just panel delivery. Panels arrive in the order they go up, with a clear plan so your site runs smooth from first lift to final seal.
ENABLEMENT

Training & Monitoring

Trades & Design Training

Passive House methods aren't complicated—but they are different. We run hands-on training for your crews and design teams so everyone understands how the assemblies work and why details matter. Need to train a larger group? Our mobile lab comes to you. Your team walks away certified and confident, ready to execute without callbacks or rework.

Performance Monitoring

Integrated sensors track real-world energy use, temperature, humidity, and air quality after occupancy. You get hard data to prove your building performs as designed—useful for grant applications, third-party verification, and tenant confidence. We partner with NRCan and CanMet on select research deployments, which can unlock additional funding eligibility for qualifying projects.

 PROCESS

Workflow & Hand Offs

your ultimate destination for all things fitness, providing insightful articles, expert tips, and actionable advice to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

1. Design Assist

We join your team early to align on Owner's Project Requirements, climate targets, assembly selections, and schedule. No surprises downstream—just a clear path from design intent to buildable panels.

2. BIM & Shop Drawing

Our engineers produce coordinated panel drawings with connection details, tolerances, and sequencing—all synced with your structural engineer of record. You get shop-ready documentation, not back-and-forth RFIs.

3. Fabrication

Panels are built in a controlled shop environment with documented QA at every stage. Each panel is inspected, tagged, and photographed before it ships. Quality issues get caught inside—not on your site.

4. Delivery

Panels arrive in installation sequence with a detailed craning and staging plan. Just-in-time delivery keeps your site clear and your schedule tight. No stacking, no sorting, no waiting.

5. Install

Certified crews erect your weather-tight shell in days. One team owns the envelope from first lift to final seal—no coordination gaps, no finger-pointing, no rework.

6. Commissioning

We test airtightness, verify envelope performance, and hand over a complete turnover package. You get documented proof your building performs as designed—ready for occupancy or final inspection.

7. Monitoring

Panels arrive in installation sequence with a detailed craning and staging plan. Just-in-time delivery keeps your site clear and your schedule tight. No stacking, no sorting, no waiting.

Energy & Comfort

Lower operating costs and a better living experience, built into the envelope. Performance you can measure—and tenants can feel.
