Our in-house architectural design team and dedicated engineering team can start a unique design for you, or alter one of our ready-made designs to meet your custom needs! We shine when it comes to finding prefabrication solutions to accommodate unique architectural features. We also work collaboratively with other architects, engineers and designers to integrate our prefabricated wall systems.

Our prefabricated panels come with 3rd party certified performance values, and, they also arrive on site air-tight, fully insulated and weather tight - protecting your investment from the moment they leave our facility! Quantum air/vapour & weather membranes even come with an industry-leading 10 year warrantee!

Abby Xerri
President and Founding Principal
Abby is a dedicated innovator committed to serving clients and providing products and services that meet today's construction and environmental needs.
Abby is an International Passive House Institute (IPHI) certified Passive House Tradesperson with an extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction. (He first started to learn the craft of building under the guidance of European tradesmen in Toronto at the age of 13!). This experience and skill, paired with his innovation, makes his collaboration with owners, architects, engineers and designers very effective in finding unique solutions towards achieving the passive house standard within design goals.
As our Leader, he provides guidance, training and direction to Quantum staff, and still makes time to meet with clients and prospects to share his passion for what we do at Quantum.
Angie Horner-Xerri
Founding Principal, Passive House Planner
As Quantum's Passive House Planner since 2015, Angie supports the team by developing best practices, product research and processes. On a project basis, she supports the Quantum team in fulfilling client-identified performance and comfort goals.
Having a 10+ years of experience in natural resource planning, stewardship and conservation for multiple levels of government and not for profit agencies- Angie brings an ecosystem perspective and knowledge of related legislative processes and requirements to assist the work we do.

Karen Whelan
Administrative Assistant
Karen Whelan is an Administrative Assistant at Quantum Passivhaus.
Karen came to Quantum with over 20 years of experience in customer service.
Quantum's energy savings offer peaked her interest and drew her to the design build company.
Karen currently resides in Coboconk and enjoys photography and scrapbooking.
Paul Caldwell
Finance Manager
Paul, our everything-finance-person, wears many hats--literally. Paul has been known for his fondness of cowboy hats. He also has served as a pastor.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. He was also a certified Management Accountant at one point in his career. He has spent time as an auditor, supervisor of financial reporting and internal auditing, and has maintained the books for a variety of companies in a wide range of fields.
At Quantum, Paul is your contact for invoices, receipts, other financial requests...and hook-ups to a new cowboy hat!
Sara Bradley
Structural Engineer
Sara Bradley, P.Eng. is the primary structural engineer on all our projects. Sara has owned and operated Bradley Engineering for 20 years. She is a critical team member and an integral piece of Quantum Passivhaus’s project delivery.
Sara has an extensive wood-framed construction background in residential, multi-residential, and commercial applications. She works closely with our designers during the shop drawing production, our manufacturing team during fabrication and during construction, and our installation teams.
Our shared vision to provide ecologically sound and financially smart housing continues to strengthen our partnership.
Mike Xerri
Shop Manager
Mike is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson. For 3.5 years, Mike has been managing Quantum's Shop team for building the prefabricated panels. Additionally, he reviews the shop drawings for the wall panels, and provides photo documentation to the engineers for the review.
Josh Kuehni
Site Foreman
Josh is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson and has 3 years of experience in installations of slabs and prefabricated wall panels at Quantum.
He oversees the day to day activities on site construction for projects. Josh trains team members, approves install crews and manages quality control.
