 OVERVIEW

Built for People Who Want a Home — Not a Unit.

Two symmetric 116 sq ft bedrooms — equal in size, equal in comfort. Open living area connecting to a front outdoor space. The porch, deck, or entry extends the home, not just the footprint.
Best suited for: Aging parents or couples in a multigenerational setup, long-term tenants who want a home feel over a unit feel, rural or cottage lot owners, owner-occupants renting the main house.

The Case for the Porch ADU

  What Makes Grange Different

 Outdoor living changes everything
A screened porch turns a compact ADU into a home with a place to sit in the evening. No other model in the lineup offers this — and no interior sq ft replaces it.
Two equal bedrooms
At 116 sq ft each, neither bedroom is a compromise. Works for a couple who wants defined space, two parents, or a parent and live-in caregiver.
Built for the land it sits on
Rural, acreage, waterfront, or treed lot — Verge responds to the outdoor environment rather than ignoring it. The right build for owners who care about where they are.
Three closets — more than most
Two bedroom closets plus a shared third. Storage is usually the first thing sacrificed in compact builds. Not here.

 What Quantum Homeowners Are Saying...

We lose power often where we live, but the house holds its temperature so well that we don’t have to worry. Even during extreme heat, without air conditioning, the house stayed comfortable.

The build process was surprisingly efficient. Seeing the panels come together so quickly, and being enclosed early, gave us confidence. Even during storms and power outages, the house holds its heat and stays comfortable

Things didn’t always go as planned, but we always felt they had our backs. Whether resourcing alternate materials, working with subcontractors, or taking on more work, the whole team was talented and friendly.

From a cost perspective, it was basically the same as building a traditional house at the time, but the efficiency is far better. Everything here is electric, and we only have one bill. In the winter it’s around $250 a month, and in the summer closer to $125—and that includes the spa. Before, we were paying thousands a year in propane alone.
