The Complete Turnkey Package provides a fully managed home-building experience, with Quantum coordinating construction from foundation to final walkthrough. Both packages use the same high-performance Passive House panel system and Net Zero Ready building envelope. The difference is how much of the project you want Quantum to manage.

Our model homes are built using PHI-certified Passive House panels engineered for cold-climate performance. The panels themselves carry Passive House certification. Individual homes may also pursue additional building certification depending on project goals and client requirements.
